2. Services Provided
Together Aid offers NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) support services, including but not limited to Accommodation/Tenancy, Employment Assistance, Personal Activities, Behaviour Support, Community Nursing, Developmental Life Skills, and Support Coordination.
Our services are designed to help individuals living with disabilities achieve greater independence and enhance their quality of life. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at our discretion.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are NDIS participants. Eligibility for specific services is determined based on your NDIS plan and the funding allocated to you.
4. Payment and Fees
We charge fees for the services we provide, and these fees will be outlined in your service agreement. Payments will be processed in accordance with the NDIS payment structure or other payment arrangements as agreed upon.
All fees are subject to change. We will inform you in advance of any changes to fees.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when accessing our services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your NDIS plan or personal circumstances that may affect the services provided.
You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal or sensitive information you provide will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
7. Service Availability
While we make every effort to ensure that our services are available when needed, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to any service for maintenance, repair, or other reasons beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Together Aid is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific results, and any advice or recommendations we provide should be considered as general information, not professional advice.
